Delivery policy
Orders can only be placed for same-day delivery.
 
Delivery times may vary depending on demand. Your online order will stipulate the estimated time. Traffic during peak times cannot be estimated and is out of our control, please be aware if you require delivery to an area outside of West Sydney during a peak hour or road works are in effect, this could delay the arrival time. The Hideout Café & Pizza drivers will make every effort to avoid congestion on the roads but this is not always possible. If your order is going to be later than expected by 15 minutes or more, we will call or text you to advise (using the number you provided at the time of order).
 
Orders that are placed via our online ordering system trigger a confirmation email which states your order, payment type, estimated delivery time and other relevant information. Please ensure a contact phone number is provided in the event our driver needs to contact you. Your online order is confirmed on the in-store screens with the same details.
 
Free delivery applies only to [Suburbs]. The free delivery areas are not determined by distance, but by suburb. The street names and suburbs are determined by Google maps.
